1. General Rules
(1) Purpose
These terms and conditions are referred to as DAEJU MEDITECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD.(here in after referred to as Company). The purpose of the website(http://infilux.co.kr) operated by Company is to prescribe contents concerning the conditions and procedures for the use of all services and other necessary contents.

(2) Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
a. Member: An individual who has entered basic member information and has been granted an ID by signing a service contract with the Company.
b. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by a member and approved by the company for identification of members and service use by members.
c. Password: A combination of characters and numbers selected by a member to protect his/her privacy in communication.
d. Termination: Termination of the contract for use by the Company or its members.

(3) Disclosures and Changes in Terms and Conditions
a. These terms and conditions shall be posted and disclosed on the membership screen, and the Company may change the terms and conditions if there is an important reason for the change of circumstances or business, and the changed terms shall be disclosed through a notice.
b. The terms and conditions changed according to these terms and conditions of the Company shall be effective by disclosing them to the user.

2. Use Agreement
(1) Application for Use
a. Members can apply for use by agreeing to these terms and conditions and privacy policies in the membership registration guide and pressing the "Sign Up" button through the registration process (completing the Company's application form).
b. Members must use their real names and actual information and may file one application for use on each date of birth.
c. Members who do not enter their real names or actual information cannot be legally protected and may be restricted from using this website.

(2) Approval of an application for use
a. The Company shall approve the use of the service except in paragraphs b. and c. of the applicants for use under this contents.
b. The Company may reserve approval until the reason for the restriction is resolved in the case of the following:
 ① If there is no room for service-related facilities
 ② In case of technical difficulties
 ③ Where it is deemed necessary due to other company circumstances;
c. The Company may not accept the request if it falls under the following:
 ① Where an application is made using another person's name;
 ② Where an application is made by falsely stating user information;
 ③ Where an application is made for the purpose of hindering the well-being and order of society or the good customs of society;
 ④ Other cases where the requirements for application for use determined by the Company are insufficient;


3. Obligations of Contracting Parties
(1) Company's obligations
a. The Company is obliged to operate the website in a stable and continuous manner.
b. The Company shall immediately take care of the opinions or complaints raised by the user if deemed justifiable. Provided, That where it is impracticable to process immediately, the user shall be notified of the grounds therefor and the schedule of processing through an announcement or e-mail.
c. In the case of paragraph a., exceptions shall be made when the relevant agencies and the Information and Communication Ethics Committee request or presentation of warrants is made for investigative purposes, or other related statutes.

(2) User's Obligations
a. Members shall be familiar with and observe these terms and conditions, company announcements, website guidance, etc., and shall not engage in any other acts that interfere with the Company's affairs.
b. Members shall not engage in any profit-making activities using this site without prior approval from the Company.
c. Members shall not copy, duplicate, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise provide information obtained through this site to others without prior consent from the Company.

4. Provision and Use of Services
(1) Service Use
a. Members shall use the site in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
b. Matters concerning the use of services not specified in these terms and conditions shall be determined by the Company and posted on the "Notice" or otherwise announced.

(2) Providing Information
The Company may provide information to members by e-mail, correspondence, etc. about various information deemed necessary by members during the use of the service.

(3) Advertising
a. The Company may post advertisements, etc. on the service screen, website, e-mail, etc. in connection with the operation of the service.
b. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by members participating in advertiser's promotional activities on the site or as a result of communication or transaction.

(4) Restrictions on Service Use
Where the use and act of this site falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the Company may restrict the use of the relevant member:
a. Where public order, good customs, or other social order is violated;
b. Where it is objectively recognized that it is for the purpose of a criminal act or is related to other criminal acts;
c. In the case of impairing the reputation of others or significantly undermining the use of other people's;
d. In case of continuous transmission of information against other people's will or advertisement information;
e. Where the sound operation of the service is hindered by hacking, dissemination of computer viruses, etc.;
f. Where it is deemed that the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties are infringed or that the intellectual property rights holder may claim the infringement of intellectual property rights;
g. In case another person's ID and password are stolen;
h. In case of violation of other relevant statutes or where the Company deems it inappropriate as a user;

(5) Stop of service provision
The Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the services in any of the following cases:
a. If the service is suspended by a telecommunication business operator or an Internet network operator during the period prescribed by the Telecommunication Business Act;
b. If the service cannot be provided due to a power outage;
c. In case of unavoidable circumstances due to the relocation, repair, or construction of facilities;
d. In case it is difficult to provide normal services due to a failure in the service facility or a surge in the use of the service;
e. Where there is a possibility of exhibition, death, natural disaster, or equivalent national emergency;

(6) Posting Management
Where the Company deems that the data posted or provided by users falls under (4) for the establishment of a sound communication culture and the efficient operation of the site, it may voluntarily delete, move data, or refuse to register.

(7) Responsibility for Service Use
Members shall not engage in sales activities selling illegal goods using services, especially hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial activities through pornographic sites, or providing commercial S/W illegally, except as specifically permitted by the Company in written letters signed by authorized employees. The Company shall not be responsible for legal measures, such as the results and losses of business activities that have occurred in violation of this, arrest by related agencies, etc.

5. Other
(1) Exemptions and Damages
a. If the Company is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force, the Company's responsibility for providing services shall be exempted.
b. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for the consequences of the mutual transaction relationship between users or between users and third parties.
c. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, etc. of the facts posted by the user on the bulletin board, and the user shall use the site under his/her responsibility.
d. The member shall be responsible for any loss of data posted or transmitted by the member, selection of data, or other disadvantages related to the use of free service.
e. The member shall be responsible for the management of IDs and PWs and for damages caused by user negligence or illegal use by a third party.
f. If a member violates the provisions of these terms and conditions and causes damages to the Company, the member who violates these terms and conditions shall compensate the company for all damages incurred and indemnify the Company from such damages.

(2) A Letter of Consent for the Provision and Use of Personal Credit Information
Personal credit information acquired by the Company in connection with membership shall be provided to and used by users in accordance with Article 23 of the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information. Members' consent shall be deemed to agree to provide credit information to credit information institutions, credit information providers, other users, etc. of users who have joined the Company to use it as data for determining users' credit or as policy data in public institutions.

(3) Resolution of Disputes
a. The Company and its members shall make all necessary efforts to smoothly resolve disputes arising from the use of this site.
b. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph a., if a lawsuit is filed due to the dispute, the lawsuit shall be deemed to be the jurisdiction of the court in charge of the location of the headquarters of the Company.

Privacy Policy

User’s agreement for Privacy Policy

DAEJU MEDITECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD. shall not use private information provided by members for the purpose other than for the purpose of relevant service.

1. Items of personal information collected and collection method
A. Items of personal information collected when providing consultation services for customer support and collection method 
(1) Collection items 
 a) Compulsory items: Name, Address, E-mail, Tel

(2) Collection Method
 a) Members have to personally input the information in the personal information declaration spaces provided in order to use services such as Member's inquiry.

2. Collection of private information and purpose of usage
DAEJU MEDITECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD. collects the following personal information for the following purposes.
A. For self-verification and personal identification process to allow the use of services such as member's inquiry : Name, E-mail
B. For securing smooth communication path such as notifications and handling complaints: E-mail
C. For prevention of unlawful usage, unauthorized usage, and analysis of connection frequency or statistics on member’s usage of service : Login log, IP address

3. Sharing and provision of personal information collected
DAEJU MEDITECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD. shall not provide your personal information to any 3rd party in principle. However, the following exceptions apply.
A. In case the member has agreed in advance
B. In case it is required by law or an investigation institute pursuant to procedures and methods stipulated in the act for investigation purposes
C. In case there is a request according to procedures stipulated in other relevant acts

4. Consignment of handling personal information
DAEJU MEDITECH ENGINEERING CO., LTD. shall not consign your personal information to any 3rd party companies without your consent.
In case there is a need to do so in the future, the contents of the consignment works will be notified to you to obtain your consent.

5. Possession and usage period of personal information collected
A. Your personal information shall be disposed after the purpose of collection and usage of personal information has been achieved. 
However, it might be required to possess the information for a certain period of time in the cases as below. 
(1) In case the relevant information is possessed for 3 months after termination of usage provisions in order to prevent reoccurrences of delinquent members
(2) In case it is required to preserve it in accordance with other laws such as law related to consumer protection of e-commerce (6 months)
